Meet point Piacenza: 9.00am Head to the first destination.

Watch the cheese-masters turn their magic, cooking and lifting the freshly cooked grana cheese. The safe handling, salting and storing for the stagionatura ageing of the wheels. We see and tour the ageing rooms then head to the counter for tastings and purchases if you like.

Below: the wheels of the famous yet rare Grana Padano Piacentina, cleaned and ripening for 24 months. Only 1 maker remains.
